Peter von Kant was founded in 2013, with a view to introducing some of the most promising artists emerging from the leading art colleges in the UK and Europe, in most cases offering those artists their first UK shows.
Within an architecturally important 17th Century building in Deptford, London that was awarded a RIBA Award in 2013, Peter von Kant held twenty exhibitions until 2020.
In February 2022 Peter von Kant launched a new space perched over Deptford High Street in South London.
